Influencing The World

We are called to influence the world.

I led a session on Kingdom Competencies recently for a group of dynamic and passionate leaders,

all looking to increase their influence where God has put them.

SO THAT God can be glorified and His influence be increased.

God can't do it alone though.

Or more accurately, He CHOSE US to be His vessels to fulfil His desires here on earth.

A couple of points I made:

we must prioritise righteousness over results & anchor everything we do in love.

As you go into the week with your list of to-dos, don't get so bogged down in the particulars that you lose sight of loving all who you interact with.

Don't get so caught up in succeeding with your targets and deadlines that you overlook the people you work for/with/over.

This doesn't mean compromise.

This means doing the right thing, even if it's the hard thing...

...but doing it in love.

Get after it you legend.
